Enjoyed. The only negative were bad mattress and awful pillows. Luckily brought my own. Great location. Walk distance, about 20 minutes, to the center. Very clean city

Didn't meet expectation level.Posted May 30, 2016
Pros: Location (easy to find) and parking availability.
Cons: Internal rooms need to be checked to ensure that available facilities actually work
Location: Situated within walking distance of the old town
Room at front of hotel proved to be particularly noisy. Not helped when it was discovered that the air con. didn't work either. Limited food options available in the 'Cafeteria' prior to 21.30 hrs. Despite the best efforts of an excellent young staff member (very competent English speaker), the menu was average at best. Recommended that any potential visitor opts for a room at the 'back' of the hotel, and seeks out a restaurant in the town.

Pretty good stay, a little far from the city center but good in general.

Great hotel choice for motorists.Posted Mar 8, 2015
Pros: The parking, the restaurant, the spacious room with very good facilities.
Location: You can walk to the centre of Badajoz in about 15 minutes by more than one scenically rewarding route. The nearby up-market restaurants are very good.
Although the hotel is located some distance from the old city of Badajoz, in return for longish walks to where the best of the action is, you have very comfortable facilities at very reasonable cost, free off-road parking, an excellent cost effective restaurant and, nearby, other more up-market restaurants. Moreover, there is more than one route on foot to the old city, so, if keen to leave the car so Badajoz's bars and restaurants can be exploited to the full, there is plenty to please the eye.

Ok for a short stayPosted Nov 15, 2014 on Hotels
We stayed for just one night as we were going to the theatre and did not want to drive back to Portugal. The location is ok, it takes about 15 minutes to get into the centre of Badejoz over the foot bridge. The hotel is a bit tired, ok for a night, but tatty rooms and not particularly comfortable. Staff ranged from very friendly and helpful to indifferent. I think we should have taken note of comments and missed breakfast. It was served in the cafe next door to the hotel and consisted of toast (with a choice of toppings!- I had tomato/olive oil), orange juice and coffee. It was nice, but much cheaper in town and probably nicer surroundings. Parking was outside the hotel, so convenient. A pretty typical budget hotel.

beware! no parking or bar!Posted Jun 30, 2014 on Hotels
Despite searching specifically for a hotel with free parking this one not only doesn't have it but the nearest is too far away and is very expensive! Two motorcycles should NOT cost €30 euros when sharing a space for the night. After being ripped off by them ... you will need a stiff drink in the bar... There isn't one! What kind of hotel does not have a bar?

Good stayPosted Dec 8, 2013 on Hotels
The staff was helpful and fast moving. The hotel location, free parking and Wi-Fi were good for the price. Also good room service.

nice hotel for overnight stayPosted Oct 18, 2013
Cons: the hotel still uses an old Grundig TV, and it should be replaced by a flat TV
Location: convenient location
good experience, after a long trip, but the hotel is well situated
