“Our stay was very disappointing. The property did not match what was shown in the pictures on Expedia at all—what you see advertised is not what you get. There were not enough basic supplies provided. We had a shortage of essentials like towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and even blankets, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
