"Excellent customer service and decor/ theme throughout the hotel. Microwave, fridge and kettle in the room with alternative milks e.g. oat available. Vending machine for convenience, as well as coffee shop, bar and in house restaurant. Complimentary bus pass from right outside to the Main Street shopping area. Great bathroom, including shower pressure. Literally the only negative was the very solid, uncomfortable pillows!"

"The hotel is right in the centre of Banff and everything you need is an easy walk. It's a really interesting building with log-style furnishings and decorations. Owned by the family who built it - early an influential settlers in Banff. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was simple but had everything we wanted. We would look forward to staying there again."

"Check in/out with Flexipass was a great bonus. Hotel pre-warned they were under renovation so no surprises. Only thing that would have helped would be to have conveniently placed ac outlets with usb/usc plug capability. Room was clean. Shower was hot. Room was quiet. A lovely break away. "
