"Overall, great vacation. Location was perfect! Barry’s Bay has lots to offer. Take a trip to Wilno Tavern and Polish Museum, you won’t be disappointed. There is a lot to do for children at this home. Crafts and toys are numerous. Great water toys (air mattresses, kayaks, paddleboards). The zip line, swing and hammock were the favourites!!! Comfy Muskoka chairs and lots of firewood supplied. Views from the sunroom were great."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Barry's Bay. The view was absolutely stunning, and the property was incredibly private and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was especially well-equipped for families with children, with plenty of amenities that made traveling with kids easy and enjoyable. Our daughter was obsessed with the zipline our entire stay! We appreciated the use of the boat and kayaks! Communication with our host was super easy. Instructions for the cottage were readily accessible and super helpful. The public beach and the fry-shack just down the road were amazing gems to discover. We also appreciated the firewood for our campfires! If you're looking for a quiet retreat with beautiful scenery and all the comforts of home, this cottage is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again, in fact, we're eagerly waiting for an opening to book next summer!"

Host was very attentive to ensure battery remained charged and there was enough water for the stay.Eggs delivered by the host ALL had the most brightest orange yolks. 10/10 Excellent
"The cottage was spacious, peaceful and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Paugh Lake after 20 years; lovely to find it still clean, calm and relaxing. Sorry that we missed the opportunity for a sunset cruise offered by our hosts. Randy and Christine were also very responsive to our requests. We had a wonderful time swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. My 7 year-old grandson kayaked for the first time and was a real natural. We are hoping to re-visit "Gramma's on the Lake" in the future."
