"I paid for stay through expedia. When i tried to check in i was asked for my credit card. The clerk did not explain why he needed or what he was doing. I was then told i was charged for my stay. I showed him my Expedia reservation i had paid in advance. I was told the money would be refunded but he have a paper that showed a credit, noy a refund. There was only a few outlets that worked. The mattress was absolutely wore out. Not comfortable and impossible to sleep on."
