It is located 0 m from the rocky beach, 0 m from the thermal baths, 50 m from the restaurant "ZONA RESTAURANTES CASCO ANTIGUO", 50 m from the city "CASCO ANTIGUO", 50 m from the sandy beach "PLAYA DE LEVANTE", 200 m from the supermarket "SUPERMERCADO", 2 km from the bus station "ESTACIÓN DE BENIDORM", 2 km from the water park "AQUALAND", 3 km from the natural park "SERRA GELADA", 6 km from the theme park "TERRA MITICA", 6 km from the Golf course "VILLAITANA", 60 km from the train station "ALICANTE", 65 km from the airport "ALICANTE" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea. It has a lift, 6 m² terrace, iron, Television. The independent kitchen, with vitroceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
