“As with everything there are good and bad…Let’s start with the bad. If you are looking for something that is quiet with no neighbor noise this might not be your place. You can hear every foot step from yup stair but in fairness the people below us probably heard us as well. The building is rather old. The stairs coming up need to be vacuumed bad there is lots of pet hair on them. The hot tub wasn’t working, but they gave us ample warning and a chance to cancel if we wanted. Which was really……

“Love this condo! So spacious and very homey. In a great location for stores and food, extra plus that it’s so close to the beach and you could walk everywhere if you decide to not want to drive somewhere. Will definitely be staying here again. Great remodel! ”

“This place is just as advertised. A block from the beach in Lincoln City so it’s close to Newport, Yachats, Tillamook etc. the apartment itself is up to date, well furnished. I love that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. All in all it was perfect for our needs. Be aware that it does require a bit of stair climbing which is not a problem for us. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to perhaps provide a book with resources, restaurant recommendations, and other “FAQ’s”. We……
