Central location. Staff very helpful. Reduced car park rates.
Liked proximity to Birmingham centre and value for money. Poor directions to the hotel on the web site and thought car parking, even with 50% discount, expensive
No frills accommodation, but a bargain price, very handy for the station and excellent team.
We were hugely impressed with our welcome and would particularly like to thank Anna on reception for her kindness. The room was beautiful. Beds comfy. Suggestion: at my age, it's impossible to read the writing on the purple bottles in the shower, even with reading glasses on. Perhaps ask the branding ...
good central location in the city centre nnnnn nnnnn nnn
Very central easy walking distance to the Bullring and New Street Station. Staff all very helpful, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Only had breakfast here but it was wonderful, such a choice and the hot food was constantly being replenished. I would highly recommend ...
The hotel was very close to the ICC where the conference was being held.
Lovely hotel very comfortable beds air conditioning need to be turned down and maybe would like a window to open for fresh air but other than that lovely stay and will definitely recommend
Easy check-in and check-out. As room ready we were given room key earlier than 3pm actual check-in time. Staff on reception and in bar were polite, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
