The hotel was very close to the ICC where the conference was being held.
Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Great location but with all roadworks we found it difficult to find csrpark
Very friendly helpful staff, nice and clean and a comfortable bed, what more do you need.
Clean. The plug socket near the mirror could have been higher as it was awkward to dry hair sitting on the floor. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth.
no comments other than very good and excellent location for the arena
Easy check-in and check-out. As room ready we were given room key earlier than 3pm actual check-in time. Staff on reception and in bar were polite, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
This is our preferred hotel when staying in Birmingham. Decent sized rooms, comfy large beds and a decent bathroom. Lighting is on the dark side in the rooms but that’s the look which works well.
Lovely hotel but was let down by breakfast - expected more from the hotel. Staff were not paying any attention, food cold, machines out of order - 15mins after breakfast started. Not a great choice. Premier Inn breakfast is far superior.
Property clean - well located - what you read on the tin.
