“We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again! It was clean and comfortable and close to everything in downtown Fredericksburg. The street parking was no issue - huge street with plenty of room. The one thing that could use improvement is the showerhead - it's a small thing and didn't affect our rating but it could definitely use an upgrade.”

“The house was perfect for a ladies weekend. There were 6 of us that stayed from Friday to Sunday. The only issue we had was the hot tub. Something happened to it late Friday night and it stopped heating to temp. The property manager came and checked it and called someone to come look at it, but they never showed up. We're all pretty sufficient though and after google and youtube, we got it to heat to 101. We absolutely enjoyed that 101, too! Had a great stay and other than that one……
