The home was decked out with Christmas trees, decorations, etc. The home itself has absolutely everything you need for a family vacation. We loved the beautiful property at scenic Watauga county! Loved the large space of the house which allowed our large group to have fun as well. Its in a rural setting but has close access to shops. The house is well equipped with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved that there was a crib and infant high chair. The bedrooms are all well placed and are good sized so it gave all of us enough privacy. The only thing we think the property could improve upon was the outdoor deck space. The furniture outside was dirty and didnt appear to have been cleaned in a long time! Other than that, everything was perfect! ##### Christine A. We booked this house for our family to stay together for the weekend of my daughters graduation from ASU. It was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and a large central gathering room to enjoy everyone’s company. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We cooked most meals there, since finding restaurants to seat 14 (sometimes more) people isn’t easy during graduation weekend. The kitchen was so well equipped we didn’t have to worry about anything. The homeowners have thought of every little detail to make your stay enjoyable, from towels at the hot tub to a well stocked game closet for the kids. The game room downstairs has something for everyone and the loft upstairs just adds to it. There was a little blip in trying to get into the house, but the rental company handled that quickly and we were back on track in no time. A wonderful weekend overall!! ##### Tracey M.
