The host was very pleasant and kept a very clean space. She put a lot of effort into making it feel like home. I did not do enough to understand the neighborhood. It was within a decent walk to the campus we were visiting, Northeastern, but it would not feel as safe at night. Similar for the walk to transit. It is a decent distance to walk but not comfortable at night, so it limits your comfort in seeing the city. Check in is an interactive process with the host rather than a smart lock or lock box. That results in a more limitations to arrivals, which can be impacted by things like our late train
