“the room is too small, and the location is far from any restaurant and shop. ”

“Upon check in I was told my room wasn’t available and they tried to switch us to a room that was too small for our needs. We also had to pay a $300 security deposit which was never outlined anywhere. When they finally got our room issue sorted out we walked in and it smelled awful. At this point we had been awake with jet lag for 36 hours so decided to just deal with it. The washing machines were out of order along with the dryers so there was a wait to do laundry. The staff were incredible……

“It needs to be made abundantly clear— this is not a “cozy private room and bathroom” as advertised. You are renting a bedroom in someone’s residence and have access to the shared bathroom across the hall, which also meant staying in the daily mess and untidiness of the usual family home. I was awoken by the noise of the family and their young children in the night and in the morning. Anyone could have access to your key and your room with no security from within and the home is half of a duplex……
