"Awesome place to stay! Super clean with plenty of room for our party of 3. It’s a short walk into the RiNo neighborhood, and Ubers showed up quick every time. The rooftop on the third floor was perfect for morning coffee. Heads up: there are a lot of stairs up to the rooftop and the third bedroom haha. Dillon was super communicative the whole weekend, which made everything easy. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in town!"

This is our first time here while visiting family. Very nice stay for a week. The breakfast was good, I suggest they cook the powdered eggs longer, so that they are not wet.
My only complaint is the exterior door entry card readers are a magnetic strip type, not a TAP type.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Only issue was when I got a receipt at the hotel. Was 100 cheaper then what I paid for on Expedia. Talked to customer service and they told me it was due to rates changing. Would definitely recommend hotel but booking on your self and not on Expedia

Booked this hotel since very close to Union Station, easy access to/from airport using train & shuttle to Red Rocks. Great value, lots of amenities- free coffee bar, ice cream bar, car service for 2 mile radius. Hotel was nice, room, comfy bed, bathroom.

Beautiful property and room with an excellent location. We took the train from the airport to to Union Station and it was not even a 1 block walk to the hotel. Walkable to Coors Field, river walking trails and Larimer Square. Perfect weekend trip!

The rooms are unusual in that the beds are raised and the closets are under the beds. There is also a projector which is nice for TV watching. And the staff was super nice and helpful along with a free breakfast sandwich which was freshly made and very good.

It was a brand new hotel which was nice. Not so nice was the dog barking for two nights next door. Don't you have a policy that requires dog owners to keep their pets quiet while others are sleeping? They should have to sign a contract before you give them a room key.
