Nowhere on the side says they require two pieces ID one for you and one with the person that you with I was trying to explain to him that we live far away and that I have reserved the room through Expedia. He did not care and he just told us to find another hotel if we have another ID, I have my drivers license for my girlfriend left her in her car. We were forced……

“Overall, my stay was pleasant. When I first arrived, it took quite a while for the front desk employee to acknowledge me, as she appeared to be finishing up a phone call and working on something else. However, once she did, she was kind and helpful. The main issue during my stay was the temperature throughout the hotel. My room was extremely warm, and despite setting the thermostat to a cooler temperature, it never seemed to make much of a difference. The hallways and common areas also felt……

“I only stayed here for one night. Once I got into the room, I tried to put the deadbolt on the deadbolt does not have anything to connect to so it’s pointless. I went downstairs. He told me all the doors are like that. Then the mattress, oh my goodness, I had two flat sheets on my bed no fitted sheet. The mattress was horrible. Had cigarette burns and I think I saw a bedbug. I took a picture of it. I took a picture of the mattress. I took a video of it. I cannot sleep in that bed. The hot water……

“Overall, I was impressed, the room, location and parking yeah I feel it was a great choice. However, I wanted to mention that I experienced an issue with the hot water during the evening. It took a significant amount of time for the water to warm up while showering. But again I was impressed and would probably stay again when visiting NYC.”

“I guess you don't get much in a city. The first room I was in smelled of tobacco. There no face cloth provided. The elevator was very slow to arrive. I was on the 4th floor. I wound up taking the stairs. Finally the card key stopped working. The master key didn't work either. They gave me a different room. Not much better but it was on the 1st floor! It didn't smell of tobacco. I did get a wash cloth but no top sheet on the bed. It's decor was quite odd. Hard to describe. No amenities……
