Apartment on the ground floor for up to 3 adults and 1 toddler. • Living room with rustic furnishings. Comfy couch with sleeping function for 1 person. Table, satellite TV with a modern LCD screen. Tiled floor. • Kitchenette in the living room with 4 burners, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, sink, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Dining table with 4 chairs. • Bedroom in warm colors, with double bed, large corner wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, cot if required. Tiled floor. • Bathroom, accessible from the bedroom. With shower and sink. • The toilet is separated from the bathroom and accessible from the hallway. • Storeroom for suitcases etc. • South-facing terrace with wooden furniture and access to the garden. Extra charge: • Shared washing machine and dryer. • Bring your own bed linen and towel or basic equipment for a fee. • Adult bicycles, if available (total of 4 bicycles available in the house). Another bicycle rental is nearby. The 1 1/2-storey apartment house with 5 apartments is located in the northwest of Büsum in a quiet residential area. • All apartments have terrace or balcony with south exposure. • Your car is on holiday on its own parking space on the property • There is a lockable shared accommodation for your bicycles. • Garden with sunbathing area, beach chair, play area and barbecue. To the green beach and the family lagoon Perlebucht is about 5-8 minutes. The pedestrian zone with many shops and restaurants as well as the medical center, the Piratenmeer Erlebnisbad can be reached in 20-25 minutes. Bakers offer morning shopping nearby.
