"They sent a very helpful video through WhatsApp the day we were to arrive which showed how to find our room as there are no staff past 3pm. Beautiful inner courtyard area is the best place to use wifi if needed. "

"They were super accommodating about letting us access the amenities 3 hours before check in while they got our room ready for no extra charge and late check out - they offered us a hospitality room to use so we could store our luggage, shower, and change before leaving for the airport. What a gift to be able to enjoy some bonus time on the beach before heading home to the snow. "

"We loved our four weeks at Laurianne and Serge’s beautiful apartment. Highlights of our visit included enjoying the spacious ocean/pool view balcony, proximity to the beach/swimming/snorkelling and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We had everything we needed. We had excellent communication with the owners and no problems with our arrival and departure. We shopped for groceries at the large Chedraui across the highway (short walk there and taxi home) and enjoyed the delicious fruits and veggies at the local market on Wed and Sat (near Pampa restaurant). Lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance. Thanks again for such a great vacation and we would love to stay again. "
