This separate entrance basement suite is a brand new home and less than 15 minutes to the airport, less than 8 minutes to Walmart & Superstore center. Each bedroom boast of a Queen size bed and office table with desk. It also has a dedicated control for heating. Washer /Dryer with supplies available for laundry.
