They did eventually provider a bar of soap. 2) The staff at the front counter were not very customer service oriented. When I went down to get the bar of soap, the individual behind the counter felt obligated to tell me that people were telling her it was her fault for not having soap and seemed more interested in staring at her phone that helping people (she called someone over from the couch that was also on their device). I get it... it was later in the evening, but it reflects poorly. Lastly, we had one towel in a room with two queen beds. When we got to our room we noted no shampoo. I went to the desk and was informed they had no soap this week. No shampoo, no body wash not even a bar of soap. After searching our car we fortunatley discovered a small bottle of body wash. With renewed excitment we returned to the room. It was then discovered we had only one towel..for a room that sleeps 4\.
