“The water wouldn't shut off in the shower...we called and they came and fixed it but left a mess in the shower. the bedspread was not clean(like it had been on the floor and put back on the bed) We stayed here before and the living room had a really comfortable sofa and ottoman, they have been replaced with a very uncomfortable sofa and glass table. ”

“My family visited Smith Mountain Lake for the first time for Memorial Day Weekend 2026. Although the weather did not cooperate for a true kick-off to summer (chilly & rainy), we made the best of it. We felt very welcomed from the moment we stepped in with a nice note from the owners and a snack basket, which the kids loved. The condo was nice and cozy for evenings spent working on a puzzle and playing board games. There were some boisterous, noisy neighbors around us that we had to tolerate at……
