Beach Villa 2111 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that offers all the comforts of home and everything you would expect in a dream vacation. Enjoy relaxing in your screened lanai and enjoy the views of the tropical landscaping and the Gulf of Mexico. Sit back and relax in the morning with your cup of coffee or in the evening watching the sunsets and dolphins play!! Pack your bathing suits and come relax in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The owners of this beautiful vacation rental condominium have taken the property to the next level with all new furniture, TVs, paint, and more. The spacious primary bedroom suite has a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat panel TV, and a full bathroom just down the hallway. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just steps away, along with BBQ and tennis. \*Please note that the unit is up one flight of steps and there is no elevator in this building. Have additional guests? We also own 2005, which can accommodate up to six additional guests. The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and, of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use. You will also have access to the association tennis court, BBQ grills, and the beach. There are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort available to you, and you are saving over 50% from resort rates. Booking a private condo also allows you to choose your unit and never pay a resort fee. Call today to start planning your dream vacation. All you have to do is show up! Important Notes Private Management This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. Beach Gear Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit. Construction & Maintenance Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control. Storm Impacts Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay. Pool Closure The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026\. This closure is expected to last one (1) month. The other two pools at the Beach Villas will remain open and available to guests. I feel like this information was intentionally withheld. Once I became aware of this fact, I had a conversation with management prior to departing for the property. Management opted to offer no mitigation or resolution to my concerns, whatsoever. They were rude and unempathetic. Beyond this, it was very nice to have TVs in all of the bedrooms and living room, but it would have been nicer if they functioned. The local condo community pool was technically open but obviously under construction. We were forced to go to a restaurant to watch the football game instead of staying at the condo like our initial plan.
