"This was a very nice spot right by the river. The tent and bedding were clean and insect-free, though also had a strong but not unpleasant floral detergent scent. The shower had hot water (though give it plenty of time to warm up) and the bathroom was clean. We were the only guests at the time which was either good or a bit spooky. Lots of cool coqui frogs which we were able to find with a flashlight singing right around camp! Also heard an owl at night!It's clear the owners are putting...

"This property is designed for those that like camping. There’s nothing luxury about this site. I felt unsafe and stuffy the whole night. The tent had no air flow, the shower has no hot water/pressure kept going out. The main bathroom had no lights so we had to use our camera phones. There was a portable potty behind our tent if you didn’t want to walk down to the bathroom. No refrigerator, just a cooler of ice and mosquitoes galore! "Breakfast buffet is pretty amazing. Beds are so comfy. Rainhead shower is unbelievable! Bahamas Steakhouse is excellent. Pool is great, but I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get a skinny margarita that tasted decent. And why can’t Moscato wine be a free wine choice? Hell, I can buy a bottle at the store for $7\. It’s not that expensive. "

"Room location 444 was not ideal. It’s next to the elevator and you hear it moving up and down ALL night and early in the morning. Around 3:00am repairs were being done that cause a loud banging against metal sound. It last an hour. I had an early flight that morning so needless to say it was not a comfortable restful night that I’m used to at this hotel."
