Beautiful golf course home newly furnished with contemporary furniture and window coverings centered around a 60' high definition, 3D flat screen T.V. This 1900 square foot home is located on the 7th Tee. We've lived in this gated community for 7 years and love the friendly people and fun lifestyle so much we purchased a home for our family and friends and we have additional openings. We would thoroughly enjoy sharing this home for your special vacation use.

Oasis in Eloy
Gary's house was awesome! And Gary was even better! We loved staying here and Gary was a great host!! He met us at check in and made sure everything was great for us. I can't wait to stay here again! Cheers!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood.
Seamless experience from beginning to end. I would definitely stay again. Owner is very friendly and we enjoyed meeting him. Great home in a very nice community.

Great Condo
This was a great place to stay - It was very clean, and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable with a practical layout. Gary, the owner is close by and very responsive and helpful.Home is located on a golf course in a retirement community with use of the pool and community center. The location will be better when the golf course re opens, which is why "Location and Neighborhood" is rated with 4 stars. The retirement community is walk-able. A car is needed to get groceries or visit near by sites. We would definitely stay there again.

First time in Eloy
Property is very nice secure setting. Half way between Phoenix and Tuscan. Not much to do in the immediate area. Casa Grande is close for shopping Eloy doesn't have much. We stayed here as we were looking for a winter location either Phoenix or Tuscan area. Only issue was propane for a heater on the patio seems propane not supplied by the owner. Had none the first night called Gary he didn't get back to us until the last night when he said was my purchase for a refill tank. He could have said something the first time I called he said he would take care of it. Overall not a big deal. House has everything you need. Very friendly people there. Golf course is closed and has been for several years. Great for walking through.
