"At check-in, Miss April was SO helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate a 1st floor room for us. With the elevator Out-of-Order, my husband couldn’t physically take the stairs. We came to Charleston for his back surgery. Miss April quickly switched our room to 1st floor, & was so kind and helpful. Because of her and the hotel meeting all expectations, we would stay there again."
