"Nice town home, clean, good neighborhood and centrally located to the wineries. The strange part was, there was food in the fridge, prescription medicine in the cabinet. Clothes in all the closets and family photos throughout the house. It was like the owner just left for the weekend."

"The house was great for UVA graduation weekend for our family. The first floor bedroom/bathroom was nice for my 78 year old mother so she did not have to go up the stairs. We could not get the upstairs shower to turn on so we used the downstairs shower. We could not get any ice to come out of the ice maker and there were no ice cube trays so we bought a bag of ice. Other than these two small issues, the house was perfect for our stay."

"The house is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture and lots of seating for it being a relatively small living area. We had both sets of grandparents and two kiddos (2.5 and 5months) with us and it worked for a F-Su stay. Much longer and it would have been cramped. The land isn’t as walkable as we expected it to be and the chickens were hatching their eggs so we didn’t get to collect eggs. Simply bad timing on that front but good to be aware that can happen. "Abbey's place worked well for our graduation stay. It is an older property with beautiful solid wood furniture and a comfy feel in a quiet neighborhood about 1.5 miles from UVA. "Everything was great. Only we were not left any dishwasher detergent. I did call the number you gave me. It only got a voice mail so we hand washed most dishes but had to leave early this AM and left a few cups, etc in dishwasher."
