“The room was immaculate, airy and cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. High ceilings and a ceiling fan made the circulation in the room so comfortable. We had folks on either side of us in the other rooms and heard nothing, so that was nice. I slept like a rock. Shower was clean and had very nice items to use that smelled nice. We will definitely be back.”

“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in……

“Great area in downtown Louisville. Restaurants and bars are walking distance. The only thing that bothered me was the smell when entering the room. It smelled like sewer not really sure what it was. But it was only when entering the room.”
