"The house was clean enough. The dogs were welcome. The bed was okay. The front steps up to the house were difficult for us. Very long and steep. We made it though. One suggestion….better lighting out front is needed."

"It is a nice little place to stay. Has all the basics furnished. The stairs going up were fun for my kids, not so much for me, they are very steep. It is a very nice home. In a quiet neighborhood. The town is great, along with the sightseeing options that are very close."

"We had a wonderful stay here celebrating our son’s birthday. The rooms were clean and cozy. AC worked well. We made pizzas together in the spacious kitchen. We utilized the grill too and enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor spaces. Mammoth Spring is such a beautiful area. Highly recommend!"

"Our family of three and another family of three came for the weekend and had the best time! The house was wonderful and perfect for us. We enjoyed swimming by the dock and having such easy access to fun activities for the kids including a beach, boat rental, the community center, and the town. We were very comfortable in the house, and we were super impressed with how clean and new everything was. Definitely recommend Cherokee Village and this property!"

"We had a fantastic stay! Our group included my husband and I, our kids, my mother, and two of our friends and their kids (5 adults plus children ages 3-9). Each one of us had a wonderful time. We visited during the busy, popular 2024 eclipse time and spent an extended weekend relaxing and enjoying the lake view from the sunroom, the pier, the fire circle (perfect eclipse viewing spot!), and the back porch. "We loved our stay. The place is very clean and beds are super comfortable. Loved having upstairs and downstairs, we played a lot of pool and watched sa lot of football. Check in and out was a breeze!! We will definitely be back."

"Myself, my husband, and my father in law came out fir Easter weekend. The property is as described in the listing. We did not encounter any issues. Nice and quiet right on the water. We were able to do plenty of fishing off the dock and right off the deck. We really enjoyed our stay!!!"

"Property even nicer than described. One couple stayed downstairs in the lovely walkout suite with full bsthroom and King bed. We enjoyed the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Since the Spring river was not fishable this time, the guys enjoyed fishing from the dock. The gals loved shopping for treasures in downtown Hardy."

"Super cute house was lots of fun. It had plenty of room for everyone. The house is right on the water and we enjoyed fishing from the docks and exploring the lake with the kayaks. There are lots of spiderwebs and bugs covering all of the outdoor furniture and windows - so maybe knock those down. Overall - we had a great time and would love to stay again some time!"
