We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with champagne and treats upon arrival! Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the gym was great for a quick workout.The hotel sits in a perfect, central location just steps away from the Magnificent Mile and plenty of excellent dining options. It is also adjacent to a great restaurant and bar with fantastic bartenders who made excellent drinks.The hotel itself is a little dated, but the exceptional hospitality, comfort, and prime location more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here every year for the past 10 yrs. The location is great. I do miss the art work when it was a 21c Museum property. Check in was easy and personnel was friendly and helpful. Lure bar is pretty low keyed.
