Charming rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Minor issues with room: In-room phone did not work, one of the light-blocking shades did not work. However, we still really enjoyed our stay and preferred it to a cookie-cutter hotel room.

Walking distance to Little Italy and CWRU and Univ Circle. Quiet, very attentive staff. Unique, old mansion, originally Baricelli Inn, now Washington Inn and Bistro. Always a great getaway.

The staff was wonderful. The day I left, the receptionist gave me all sorts of great ideas to do in Cleveland with detailed instructions. The food was outstanding too! I loved my quaint room!!

Wonderful old inn
This is an amazing older inn that has been updated. I only missed the convenience of an elevator once the staff was awesome and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place. It would be a great couples get away.

Lovely Inn and better ambience than a chain hotel.
I loved the Inn and would definitely stay again. The water pressure in the shower alone called for a second stay. My only complaint was the carpentry work (electric saws and hammering) either under or next to my room until 1 am. Not sure who thought that was a good idea. I was up anyways but if I had not been, I would have called down about it and/or this review would not be as good.

Very nice place, clean. Service was good, cookies in the room were a nice touch. No refrigerator in room but they did give me some ice when I asked for it. We only stayed one night. I did think the price was a little high.

Being right above a restaurant, it was easy to just go downstairs and get a bite to eat or a drink at the bar. The complimentary breakfast was very nice - it didn't have a big selection though - with the choice of eating in the lounge or in your room. Because it's an inn, there are few amenities as far as fitness area, pool, and those types of things.
