“We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice”

“The place was spotlessly clean and the host was incredibly considerate. We didn’t need to buy anything to enjoy our stay, and the added touches really elevated our experience. Everything was provided and well-stocked. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I highly recommend this!”

“Pet friendly but yard should be cleaned between stays. I understand not easy to do in Dec but we felt poop hadn’t been picked up for quite some time. Fairly clean home but could be improved. Picked up chewed gum off floor, cup under couch, earring and safety pin off liv room and bedroom carpets. The perfume smell very strong in entire house. Overall, worked for us. ”

“Had a lot of problems. One of our rooms had not been cleaned prior to check-in and the woman at the front desk didn’t even apologize or say anything to us before handing us new keys for the room. We literally had to ask what the new room number was. Breakfast was 50/50, some mornings better than others but running out of a lot of things. Also had a fire alarm test go off one night at 2:30am. Again no real apology or recognition of that. 3rd floor is a mess with the recent work they are doing.”
