"Peaceful sounds of the ocean day and night. The balcony is as big as the entire condo and very private. Great restaurant next door and convenient scuba diving without having to deal with crowds in town. Walk to town is easy. Looking forward to bringing the whole family in a larger condo next year. "

"Wonderful stay in a small bay right on the beach. Well appointed, comfortable beds, cleaning every day, 20 minute walk to town with grocery store and restaurants. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. We did not have a car and felt it was fine as we wanted a quiet time without excursions. "

"Cleaning is not included, they charge 75 per cleaning. This is NOT disclosed. Also Elevator did not work for our entire 17 days of stay. We had a 90 year old lady that we specifically rented this place because of the elevator, so make sure this works. Water was provided but when you run out the host was not responsive, after 3-4 days of texting him via the vrbo app and opened a complaint with vrbo he finally brought us water, which means we had to buy it ourselves. Bathroom in the living room...

"Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service."

"We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Villas de Rosa was as advertised. Our stay was excellent and the daily housekeeping was great. Tony is always there for anything you need. Room, pool and Beach Service was a added plus! It’s a little ways to town, but that keeps it nice and quiet. A hr walk or the collectivo are inexpensive ways to town. The taxis are expensive, but it’s the same up and down the east coast."
