"Rooms were large and spacious. Our bedding had two stains upon arrival. Food was fine but we were disappointed with the restaurant Carnal as food was no up to par. Entertainment was fun. Pool activities were great, loved the lazy river! Definitely need more shuttle vehicles. They were infrequent and not large enough. We were unable to ride around them to check out resort, told must have a destination. Concierge service was excellent. Luis, Yessica, Adan and Alfred were standouts. Food service staff were excellent and attentive. Coffee shops Tostados was slow and had no spoons one day and no cutlery the next day which was disappointing. "

I just wanted and asked to be reschedule... instead, I got no support and no empathy from Expedia first and lastly from the Hotel Akumal... INACEPTABLE treatment to customers."
