"We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for us. We love to snorkel and we could do it directly from the property. Restaurant on site was excellent. Furnishings and condo can use some updating by we knew that going in because of pictures."

"We had a wonderful 10 days of relaxation at Villas De Rosa. Tony was great he set us up with taxis when needed and a snorkeling trip. We swam every day and enjoyed the beautiful beach. The sunrises in the morning are gorgeous."

We had to leave a place that was already booked due to lack of A/C. Steffen and Wendy were so welcoming and offered local places to visit. "This property was exactly what we were hoping for. It was away from the hustle and bustle and encouraged us to unplug and live in the moment. We used the pool and beach daily. So nice to have the balance of the pool and the ocean. A/C works well in bedroom and a great breeze comes through for the rest of the condo. Daily housekeeping is a great perk and the walk to Midway Food Store is short and easy to get some supplies. We would definitely stay here again. It was fabulous!"

"The property is beautiful, great for a relaxing stay. It is well-stocked with the kitchen essentials, it has a washer and dryer, and it is very tastefully decorated. We made use of all the amenities that the Artia Condo had to offer, including the pool, the bikes, and the pass to Papaya Playa Project. The management was very helpful.
