“A few things aren't going to be perfect in a community in the middle of the jungle. With that expectation this was more than what we thought it would be. Close to beach and not far from downtown Tulum. Very nice place.”

“We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very clean and better than expected ”

“Beautiful condo well equipped. On its own with the large pool it would be nice. But with the association with Bahia Principe puts it over the top. Just a 100 meter walk to catch the frequent shuttle to the beach. Lots of activities if so inclined or just lie under a palapa. Many side trips available either DIY or take a tour. Cenotes, ruins, beaches, snorkeling, etc. No grocery shopping nearby. A couple of stores in Akumal but otherwise it's off to Chedraui supermarket in Puerto Morales by taxi.……

It suited our little family perfectly and although it’s slightly remote, we loved being in amidst the local wildlife and there’s a lovely cenote right on the doorstep too which we visited with our three year old. The owner was kind enough to recommend a local chef who prepared a wonderful birthday meal along with multiple recommendations for restaurants, beaches and other activities.……
