"We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and comfortable. A few issues to identify- it was confusing to find out where to check in as this was a separate entity from Grand Bahia Principe. Some of the security guards didn’t know where to send us. One other issue was the little plunge pool was very cold and wasn’t really usable. Some great things to mention- couch and kitchen were a great place to relax. "Me and my fiancee had a great time staying at this all inclusive resort. We dined at several of the restaurants at the hotel and loved all the food and entertainment included with the stay. Several of the staff members were very helpful and accommodating in governing advice for things to do. The shows that happened every night were very entertaining and we never had a problem with the service or the hotel room. From the minute you enter to he minute you leave they take care of whatever you need. I highly recommend the hydro-therapy that comes with your reservation as you get access to many different types of saunas hot tubs and relaxing views. The trip was a 10 out of 10."

"Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife. Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I recommend the outdoor beach eating palapas, especially ‘El Chiringuito’. I recommend hiring a tour guide/driver like Juan Santos to take you to the local archeological sights. You need nerves of steel if you want to drive against the local drivers. They have their own road rules. My family and I went to celebrate our birthdays in late Jan-Feb. I don’t want to stay in hot uncomfortable rooms or have mosquitos bothering me. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Don’t overpay for cabs. The concierge will help you arrange rides into Tulúm. The property is sublime with nothing lacking. Only minus for us is dinner portions are small and pricey. I can’t wait till my next visit. "
