“Room was clean, staff was friendly, great location. They had a really good massage special right on the beach that we both enjoyed. Loved the free sun beds too! My only complaint would be that there is not being a door on the bathroom if you book the standard room on the jungle side - little privacy if you’re not traveling solo! “I had the most relaxing stay at IKAL. i booked a trip to celebrate my birthday month. The hotel concierge was super helpful in booking my private airport pick up and drop off. Everything was super smooth. I booked the maya plunge and it was stunning. The room and property were well kept. The food was delicious and staff super friendly.
