“We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend”

“The restaurant on site is excellent. They close at 6, so mostly breakfast, lunch or early dinner. The beach bungalows are lovely and rustic. Try to get one with air conditioning. Not all have it. You’re right on the soft sand beach with jungle behind the hotel. Walking distance to other wonderful hotels for food/drinks. The staff could not be nicer. ”

“Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. ”

“Hotel is new and perfect. Far from the city,like oasis in the middle of desert. I pretty much liked that vibe to be far. Gladly we rented a car. We only signed for breakfast pack which was amazing. Coffee was really bad but that's in almost all Mexico. Everything else was very thoughtful. Didn't like the rule of not permitted walking barefoot in the dining area which is kinda stupid, because beach is 2 metres away and everyone there is barefoot. And also why would I not want to walk barefoot on……

Thank you Vic, Bani, Francisco, David, Leo, Miguel, Ezequiel, and many more smiling faces whose name I didn’t catch. The location was peaceful and absolutely stunning. We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!”

“The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. ”

“The stay was very nice and cozy, nice clean room close to the beach. It wasn’t directly with beach view, but partially, and I liked it because the wind was strong. Property is very close to the Mayan ruins, just 10-15 minutes walk on the beach . Staff were very nice . Since it’s a glamping option, I didn’t realize , my cabin didn’t have a bathroom, I had to walk in the middle of the property to the toilet and to take a shower. Not all the toilets and showers were in good condition and had……
