“We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend”

“Highly recommend finding another place to stay in Coba or elsewhere. This place is clearly gearing up to be sold. Almost no staff around, and limited service. We booked this hotel to use the complimentary bikes and access to spa services as provided in the description when booking as we wanted to bike to the Coban ruins. They did not have these, so we decided to check out the next day. The front desk manager, who had no idea of anything going on, checked us out and said we would be refunded……

“Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. ”

“Boutique charm with excellent management: This hotel has a wonderful boutique vibe and several standout features. The beach is beautiful, with well-maintained palapas and chaise lounges. Unfortunately, we visited during sargassum season; while the staff worked hard to clean the beach, nature ultimately won. We loved that the room had a fan (as we prefer it over AC) and a surprisingly soft, comfortable mattress—a rare find! Communication with Tony, the manager, was quick and very friendly from……

“Hotel is new and perfect. Far from the city,like oasis in the middle of desert. I pretty much liked that vibe to be far. Gladly we rented a car. We only signed for breakfast pack which was amazing. Coffee was really bad but that's in almost all Mexico. Everything else was very thoughtful. Didn't like the rule of not permitted walking barefoot in the dining area which is kinda stupid, because beach is 2 metres away and everyone there is barefoot. And also why would I not want to walk barefoot on……

Thank you Vic, Bani, Francisco, David, Leo, Miguel, Ezequiel, and many more smiling faces whose name I didn’t catch. The location was peaceful and absolutely stunning. We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!”

“This place is amazing, staff food and location, Griselda was the best very professional and friendly person, very attentive, but overall all the staff made is feel welcome, the food at both restaurants was delicious a bit pricey but worth it, the shrimp tacos were the best. Unfortunately it looks like the place is under renovations by the pool area so we weren’t able to really enjoy the pool but this place deserves a 5 stars and I can’t wait to be back l.”
