"Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "

"We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again."

"The location was great. The location is close enough to all the adventures you want to do on your trip. The check in process was a bit odd and it was the only place we stayed that i was unsure if it was real or a scam. The place is real. Its listed on both VRBO and AirBNB, and for whatever reason the AirBNB has more reviews. Communication with the owner was ok. The place is in good shape and has everything you need to cook meals. It was easy to communicate with the host, such as when the gate code was changed and when the BBQ propane ran out. They responded almost immediately.
