Perfect week on the beach
We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!

Everything was very nice except we didn't have a key for the front doors to use the elevator so if we walked somewhere we had to either use the stairs to the first floor elevator or carry the garage door opener with us. But the location made up for it.

Everything was wonderful except the furniture. Beautiful condo with beautiful view but all kitchen chairs ready to fall apart and stools very old and worn. Besides that, highly recommend!

The condo was very roomy. We had our Family Thanksgiving. The kitchen could use more skillets, and better ccokware. The pool was not heated. The access to the beach was great. The view from the massive deck was fabulous.

We had a great time the condo is very spacious wish we could buy one like it. It just needs a little TLC perhaps new furniture. Great location. Small pool😕. Love the parking garage and the convenient carts to haul all our stuff, specially groceries. We will come back again! ❤️✔️⛱️

Great location and views
Our Family gathered in Cocoa to celebrate a birthday. We rented this top floor condo on the beach because it’s a smaller building and nearby to everything and everyone we like in Cocoa. The condo met our expectations and was the perfect spot for our family with three bedrooms, ample space in the living/ dining room and outside wrap around deck on the ovean. The communication with the agent Cathy was excellent and I have to say that she was most friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, Beach stuff, comfortable beds, updated appliances, peace and quiet. The furniture could use an upgrade as well as the beach chairs but All in all an excellent week. We’d come back for sure. Thank You Cathy!

We really enjoyed it here
It was really nice. Everything was clean when we arrived. Check in was very easy (our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night).The beds were comfortable. The front door lock is a little touchy but can be figured out. The view is beautiful and the huge wrap around balcony was great. There was a lot of beach toys and chairs left by other guests and private easy access to the beach. During our stay there were also many towels which was nice for our large family. My family really enjoyed our stay here. No complaints from us.

Pictures look amazing, as they are supposed to, that is what marketing is for. Many things in the condo are quite beat up including trim/molding, floor, and furniture. We did not have power to one bedroom (breaker was tripped and would not reset. No lights, tv, outlets etc.) Only 1/2 of toaster worked in kitchen . Let property manager know 1st of our stay and still have gotten no response 8 days later. Elevator was broke for 1-2 days of our stay which left stairs as only option. Master bed was a disaster and lumpy. TV's and remotes were a nightmare to use. Kitchen, balcony, showers were all very nice, as pictured. Communication with management has been disappointing. I would not recommend this until based on cost and lack of communication with management.

Lovely property, with a great view. Unit is in need of some general routine maintenance, small items nothing major but it would improve the overall stay (ex. Legs on some dining room chairs were wobbly so we didn't sit on, pull out bed was broken and air bed had holes in them)

Excellent location. 2 underground parking spaces. Very large Indoor space for 7 adults. Easily accessible to the beach. Needs a little sprucing up with paint and couch needs to be replaced but other than that no complaints and will stay Again! The view is 2nd to none!

This property was a great coice for our group of 6. Lots of room for all of us. Walking distance to almost anything we needed. Wonderful patio with awesome views of ocean, sunrise & moon. Great comminucation with host and property manager.

Older building but very nice unit. Love sitting on balcony looking at beach.
Will rent again. Never did figure out the wifi password to do some work. Close to shops and restaurants. 2 mile walk to Cocoa Beach pier. Beds are hard and need more washcloths.

The view from the balcony is spectacular. If you are lucky enough to be there for a launch, I'm thinking you'd pretty much have front row seating as you can see the launchpads from the balcony. The size of the condo was perfect for the four of us. Everyone had their own space to get away from each other if needed. Private parking in the garage was much appreciated as well. (There are two luggage carts in there that we didn't find until after we'd unloaded the van). Perfect and quiet location, centralized in Cocoa Beach. Private boardwalk to the beach. Very comfy furniture on the balcony to suck in all the fresh ocean air. Enjoyed watching cruise ships to and from Cape Canaveral. The downsides... The indoor furniture was very outdated and dingy. The dining room table seemed sticky, chairs had stains. The living room couch was old and dingy. The beds were extremely firm. Lots of burnt out lightbulbs. Whites came out beige from washing machine. With all of that being said, we would definitely rebook this condo for future visits if the furnishings were updated.

This is place no need to look further
Great location , plenty of space , beds are comfy .just needs a little personal attention , need to provide more supplies and the ice maker needs to be put back in ,at least provide more than one ice tray , easy walk to just about anything you need , quite relaxing and easy beach access . I highly recommend this condo .
