I LOVE THE BALCONY!!! I had such a wonderful stay here!! I especially love the balcony - it was the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring Garden of the Gods, which is just a short drive (GREAT LOCATION!!). In the evening, I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the peaceful view, SO RELAX AND PEACEFULL!! Later, I took a warm shower (GREAT HOT WATER!!) and had the best sleep in large, comfortable bed (GREAT COMFORTABLE BED!!). Everything was clean and quiet. Wake up in the morning and REFRESH!! Trully a memorable and relaxing stay. I'll Definetely COME BACK AGAIN!!

The address on the maps doesn’t match the actual location. The rooms are outdated, the carpets are dirty, and there’s mold in the showers. The doors are difficult to operate, and the lamps are dusty. Additionally, the patio door doesn’t close properly, leaving it cold all night. I cannot recommend this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Maybe I'm being a little over the top. I will never stay here again. The check in went ok. I could tell that the grounds where not properly maintained. There was overgrowth everywhere. When I got to the hallway, it was poorly lit. Every light fixture had 1 bulb in it. A bit creepy, but that was ok. The key didn't work consistently. It took 5 to 6 tries to get in the rooms. I had 2 rooms. Each room had many maintenance issues. Like a cracked sink, damaged carpet, light bulbs that were out, knife holes in the walls, broken drawers on the desks and dressers, gaps in the door frames, air conditioners that were not stored right, scuff marks on the walls from to to bottom, light fixtures that were replaced with smaller fixtures and still showing the outline of the page one, the ceiling in both bathrooms was sagging. None of the aminoties were actually available. The pool was empty and the pool area had been overgrown for a long time. All of the vending machines didn't work. The only working ice maker was on the second floor. All the security cameras either had exposed wires or electrical tape on the connectors. The restraunt was empty and looked as though it was never open. The stucco was falling off the walls inside and outside. The morning clerk was short spoken and came off as grumpy. The female night clerk didn't seem to care about the place at all. There was a breakfast area in the lobby where nothing worked. TVs had 5 channels, no cable, 4 in Spanish. Pics.

How in the world is this place rated so high with expedia? Mold in every corner, the towel rack fell off the wall when I grabbed the towel like straight out of a comedy movie. The door going into the building had duct tape to keep it together and couldn't close. Walls pealing paint, nothing felt clean. When you step in the shower, the tub bottom sinks down about 2 inches. But hey, it was cheap....
