“The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways. But once I opened the room door I knew for sure there was no way I could have stayed there. Bathroom window was broken and the beds looked like a tarp and……

The cleanliness and overall quality of the room & building needs major improvements. Shower walls & toilet had hair on them, the mold issue is awful. “Do not stay at Garden City Inn. The reviews and photos online do not accurately reflect the state of the property. The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the room was not clean, and upper management does not care about your experience. I cut my stay short due to the dirty conditions of the room (soap scum and dirt in the shower, hair on the floor and towels) and how uncomfortable the bed and sheets were. Upon checking out, I asked the employee at the front desk if it was possible for us to have a……

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”
