Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! ”

“There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern. “8mins away from another La Quinta. The comparison is like Jekyll and Hyde. To start, all pet rooms are on one floor. Also is seems to be the same floor everyone smokes on as per cleaning staff. There are full time residents there’s so that’s also a red flag. The elevator offers doors that do not fully close with broken tiles as you enter. The main lobby also smell like trash as you enter. The pet floor smells worse. The rear of the first floor has flooded carpet floors like they drained a pool.……

“When I walked in I saw a small roach crawling on the wall. I did not kill it cuz they're disgusting and I don't want to have anything to do with them.. When I woke up the next morning and got out of bed that a little critter was in the bed with me. Of course he was dead by then. I told the front desk that they need to spray the room. Also went to turn the heat on and it had this disgusting smell almost like urine. So I turned that off. I will not stay there ever again. ”

“No hot water, both at night and the next morning, the water wasn't even warm. I mentioned it the next morning at the front desk and the employee says, "well I guess we need to look at that" and turned and walked off. No apology, just walked off.”

“First the have ceiling fall when someone upstairs took shower soaked everything then they gave us a room on other side dog barked all night someone else played loud music all night bathroom wasn't cleaned Ryun was nasty never again will I stay there ! So traveled bk home no sleep and wouldn't do a refund”

“Parking was easy if you were able to get a spot. I did have trouble getting a spot close to my room, but the hotel worker on duty accommodated for me and just switched my room to a closer spot. Staff is accommodating and easy to work with. Amenities are fair. Room was clean. But furniture seemed old and stained. My room did smell like smoke. But I was safe. It was fine for 2 nights. ”

“I would definitely NOT recommend this establishment, if my LIFE depended on it!! They could care less about their customers. Customer Service and maintenance are a JOKE. The air conditioner was never fixed. in the room. Nor, did I move to the room that was being saved for me. They sold the room to someone else, instead. The management is HORRIBLE!! This African American Female, Solo Traveler was treated inhumane, eleven hours from home.”
