They made up some of their own rules that actually put my Mom in danger rather than using her animal for what she’s actually trained for. My Mom fell in the shower when the handle came off. When I came in to visit front desk person was sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. Not the best location as far as people in area. A little shady.”
