The carpet was threadbare and badly stained Had to clean the shower of spider eggs before using found stained dirty clothes in cabinets Linen was so dirty and stained had to take it all to the laundromat before using. A round trip of 24 miles A cost of 30 dollars to use machines. All light fixtures were filled with dead bugs I was afraid to open them to clean them. The roof leaked after a rain and soaked both reclining chairs No driveway. Had to drive between two sheds over rough terrain to reach unit.
