    5 years old, 2 miles from Pickwick State Park and boat ramp
    Private boat parking in our driveway. Back deck, fire pit, charcoal grill
    Fully equipped kitchen with an abundance of spices.
    Full bathroom downstairs
    Washer and Dryer
    1/2 bath upstairs.
    1 king bedroom & 1 full bedroom downstairs. 1 full bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bath, very spacious.
    Amazon fire stick in every room.
    TV in all rooms, please see reviews on Air b n b Pickwick Tn- Counce Tn. 8-1-25 pellet stove is down for service.
