The app I was not able to download and had a little trouble figuring out where to find food (take out) from nearby restaurants and there was no printed guide to the area. The setting was nice. "Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand."

It's dirty, in some cases disgustingly so (stained furniture, stuff on the walls, etc.) The bedding is pretty much the lowest quality you can imagine, and a lot of the fixtures don't work.
