“The rooms were lovely and clean. They were just remodeled.
The staff was great and friendly, she recommended a local chain restaurant to us that was super.
The remote would not activate/turn on the TV in my room, 609.
There was remodeling in the lobby, as well, that was not noted on the website.
Overall though, our stay was pleasant and I would stay there again when in the area. And I would recommend this property to my friends/family.”

“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2……

“Hot tub was low on water, so the jets were spraying everywhere. The parking was "free," but stipulations on how you can park, etc., are enforced. Lots of noise from the upstairs overnight. We couldn't sleep due to the noise. Water pressure was meh in the shower. ”
