“I’ve stayed in cleaner rooms but excellent value stay”

“Staff and customer service were amazing. There is nothing they can do about the people hanging around. We saw people coming in through a gate in the back area right next to where we would have been staying. That, along with people sitting on the stairwells, made us a bit uncomfortable. We were traveling with children, if it was just us two adults it would have been okay. We were able to get a refund and that was an easy process. Other than that, the property was maintained, clean surroundings,……

The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels. One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. It works for a short, budget-friendly stay, especially given the good price, but don’t expect much……
