"this place is heaven for homeless folks, its party place for homeless and so much party, so noisy in night didnt open if there were prostituse also in the campus, but whole night we couldnt sleep because of so much noise, folks coming to various room and talking on parking lot, we were in ground floor room #120, AC didnt work had to call someone from office they did something to fix, telephone wasn't working found out late but didnt have energy to walk up to office to call them again, in office there were few homeless and stinking pee, cops were there to talk to homeless..its pretty bad experience"

"Please consider labeling parking better for oversized vehicles. The parking structure does not have a height posted, just the main entrance, but not the parking structure itself. Maybe add where oversized vehicles could park near the hotel?"

"After booking and having a confirmation code and all. they told me I didn’t have a reservation and couldn’t accommodate my stay. My wife with asthma was forced to stay in a smoking room. "
