“When we checked in, the guys gave us the key and asked ask to wait because he didn't know that the room was ready. We waited one and a half hour in the lobby with out entire luggage, after I went and asked him how much longer and he said "oh, your room has been ready, I gave you the key". I didn't argue with him because at this point it was not wroth it, but this I hope that you see that this was incredibly rude. No, it was not obvious that if you give me the key that it is a sign that the room……

“The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is……

“The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.”
