Custer Chalets

Great accommodations, good breakfast, clean, spacious, great pool area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic home-made food and tables decorated beautifully. Overall we were very satisfied and loved out stay there.

The owners were so welcoming! The room was perfect for just my husband and I, and soooo cozy!

Everything about our stay was excellent! The Cartier Mansion is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The owners were very friendly and so much fun to chat with at breakfast. The only think we would have changed is we wish we had reserved the front room which is attached to the upstairs balcony. But the room we were in was great and we loved our stay.

Heather was so helpful! She was very kind and helped me resolve an issue I was having! Her manager Kayla also assisted Heather with my issue! I personally thanked them both! Great staff!

The pool was awesome. Rooms were comfortable. They need a soap dish on bathroom sink to hold the bar of soap.

Awesome friendly staff, beautiful place and the pizza was phenomenal.

The breakfasts were delicious and very nicely presented by Bob and Ellen. We stayed in the skylight room. The room is very nicely appointed but it is rather small. It's the smallest room in the house. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Ludington.

This is a basic motel. Clean, neat everything I needed for a good nights sleep. Staff was wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and kind. Will stay there again if I come thru Luddington again.

Great customer service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was our first time visiting the area and we loved every minute. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. We will be booking a longer stay for next year! 😁

Very nice hotel. Rooms were great, couldn't be happier with our choice.

Great location away from downtown but close enough for easy access. Walking distance to park with beach access.

Good location walkable to shopping and restaurants. Our double room was large with 2 wash areas and closets. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not they were hard and dense. The room was clean and very spacious. Coffee and muffins with some fruit was adequate, was served in the lobby. This is our second time staying this year here, I would book it again.

Easy commute to S.S. Badger.

Very well kept place, very nice and professional owner. Best deal within 150 miles.

There was a lot of space in our room and it was in a great location. Room was clean. We called to see if we could get in early and because the room was cleaned already they did allow us to which they said normally they don't do. I was happy about that.

This hotel was extremely clean, with such friendly and helpful staff members.
