We are thinking about bringing the grandchildren for a weekend next summer. Our host was accommodating, very pleasant and the welcome note with dining recommendations was much appreciated. They will love the large yard and it is close to beachfront parks and playgrounds so it will be perfect!"

"We had an awesome time. We ordered pizza from Sweetwater and enjoyed it on the patio overlooking the water …what a view! We also had Joyce come out and teach us a craft which was very fun. Saturday for lunch was chicken from Jeff’s delicious. Over all all 9 of us enjoyed our stay and loved the place."

"Was in the area for a short stay. This place was perfect! Fairly clean and tidy. Had a great decor, felt like we were at home! Only two of us but this would accommodate many more with no problem. Would stay here again! Highly recommend!"

"Very much enjoyed our stay. Clean property with multiple bedrooms and large showers. Hot tub was nice and was not visible to neighbors. Nice kitchen area and TV, and cool board game room. Would recommend bringing some black out curtains for the bedrooms if needed, as well as maybe a curtain for the front door. (We came prepared and slept well!)"

"This was perfect for our family getaway over Labor Day weekend. We had three different families that stayed (16 total) and plenty of space for all. The pool area was where we spent most of our time. It had everything we needed (fire pit, fridge, chairs, tables, and beautiful pool). A festival was going on during the weekend and it was so much fun to be able to walk a few blocks and enjoy the music, farmers markets and Lake Huron. I would highly recommend staying here with a larger group."

"Mike and Marsha are AMAZING hosts! The house was spotless and has so many amenities! Private beach with tons of chairs, kayaks and fire pit. Wonderful deck overlooking the lake, room for the whole family for meals inside and out. Nice grill on the deck connected to the house. The kitchen is beautiful, has a huge island and is stocked with everything you need. Tons of extra pillows, blankets and sheets. Beds are very comfy! 4 beds in the bunkhouse with AC, such a great bonus space. The living...
